Job Description : This resource is required for the CRM Back end development for the upcoming CRM upgrade from CRM 5 to CRM 7.


1. Resource needs to be very strong in the following areas.

• CRM

• Internet Sales (ISA/B2C)

• ABAP (more CRM oriented, not R/3)

• General Order processing (creation, distribution, processing, cancellation, etc.)

• CIC (Customer Interaction Centre)

• Some background about the Middleware area will be useful

• Workflow knowledge would be a very welcome extra

2. Excellent communication skills with client facing experience is mandatory.

4. Should be willing to work in UK shifts.
